Sthål has made a fantastic journey since the start in 2012, but we now feel ready to "downshift" and are therefore looking for a new operationally skilled leader with a sales focus to strengthen the brand and increase sales.
Rolls
We are looking for you who want to lead, develop and shape the company forward. As your role will be to be responsible for the company and make it grow, you understand that the role involves a lot of contact with our current agents in Sweden and Norway, as well as current and new distributors around the world. Contact with production in Portugal and that the role also involves some travel. We have exhibited a lot at fairs over the years, both in Sweden and internationally. We have an online store that we believe a lot in the future and that we are in the process of internationalizing. What do you think is needed to grow? We currently have a small office, showroom and warehouse in Malmö, where you can work from, but you can also work from home. For the right person, there is the opportunity to become a partner if there is interest.
Who are you?
You have a passion for creativity and business, and maybe you've grown a small business yourself (as an entrepreneur)? We will continue to develop new products, but we need you to take responsibility for everything else in a growing company. We currently have no employees but use consultants in various areas such as delivery, accounting, photography, text, etc. Sales, growth, financial understanding and order are words you like and we believe you have some experience of e-commerce, international sales (preferably through agents / distributors) and experience of running and motivating a team. We don't have all the answers today, but we are looking for you with relevant experience to help create the future with us. How will we grow?
