LIGHT THE GRILL AND SAY CHEESE
The simple is the brilliant and sometimes the most delicious. At this time of harvest, grapes are in order. At Sthål we take the cheese tray to a new level with grapes that you give a little extra glow. Serve on our beautiful plate Amuse Bouche and enjoy.
The grapes will take on a new sweetness and flavor if left on the grill for a short time. Drizzle some olive oil over the bunch of grapes and grill them hot and soft. Place on a plate and top with a little flake salt. Should you not be in the mood for cheese, but still want to try grilled grapes, we can highly recommend that you still put the grapes on the grill and serve as a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but then we skip the salt.
