A little something before dinner
Set the mood with a few simple snacks. Serve on an Arabesque Tray Dish and get the party started.
Simple, delicious that sets the tone
Serving something small before dinner makes guests feel really welcome. Now it's time for all the spring parties and you don't have time to tie yourself in knots in the kitchen. The simple is often the good. Here is a little tip that both tastes good and looks good.
If you want your guests to take several snacks, we have both our small Appetizer Plate and our Amuse Bouche which are excellent mingle plates.
This is what you need:
Biscuits or toasted bread
Grilled coctal tomatoes
Here's how to do it:
Split the coctail tomatoes, brush them with oil, sprinkle with a little salt and possibly some herbs if you have them at home.
Grill for a few minutes in the oven at 200°C
Allow to cool.
Place a dollop of pesto on each biscuit (or piece of bread).
Add a tomato half.
Serve. In the picture, we have placed the snacks on one of our Arabesque trays.
