Freshly squeezed this summer

With Rustico you can capture the flavors of summer. How about squeezing lemons and making your own lemonade? A few lemons, 1 dl of sugar and a liter of water is all you need.

Ingredients
1dl granulated sugar
1l water
3-4 organic lemons (equivalent to about 2.5 dl freshly squeezed lemon juice)

How to make it
Bring the sugar and water to the boil so that the sugar dissolves. Leave to cool.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons and stir into the syrup.
Leave the lemonade to cool for a few hours in the fridge. Serve with ice and a lemon slice.
